Refund and Return Policy

At ABEATRICEX LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, your service, and your learning experience. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below to understand your options.

1. Physical Products (Bikes, E-Bikes, & Parts)

Return Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Parts/Accessories: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Bikes & E-Bikes: Must be free of dirt, dust, and damage. The odometer on e-bikes must show less than 10 miles.

Restocking Fees: Due to the high cost of shipping and handling large items, returns of Bicycles and E-Bikes are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Service & Repair Cancellations

We understand plans change. Here is how we handle cancellations for service bookings:

  • Cancellation Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up for your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.

  • Service Warranty: We stand by our mechanics. If you experience an issue related to a repair we performed, please bring the bike back within 30 days so we can rectify the issue at no additional labor cost.

3. Digital Courses

Because our cycling courses are digital products that grant immediate access to intellectual property:

  • Non-Refundable: Courses are generally non-refundable once you have logged in and accessed the course materials.

  • Exception: If you have purchased a course by mistake and have not yet accessed or downloaded any content, please contact us within 7 days for a refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return or request a cancellation, you can contact us at support@abeatricex.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
