4. Repair Service Agreements When booking a repair service with ABEATRICEX LLC, the following terms apply:

• Estimates: Any quote provided online is an estimate. Final pricing may change upon physical inspection of the bicycle or e-bike.

• Abandonment: If a bicycle is left at our facility for more than 30 days after service completion notification without payment or pickup, we reserve the right to charge storage fees or dispose of the item in accordance with New York state law to recover costs.

• Liability: While we exercise great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your bike that is discovered during the repair process.

5. Cycling Courses and Education

• Access: Course materials are for the personal use of the enrolled student only.

• Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our course materials, videos, or guides without express written permission by us.

• Safety: For any practical courses involving riding, you acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all responsibility for your safety and to wear appropriate protective gear.
