ABEATRICEX LLC delivers products domestically across the United States and to select international destinations. Please review the following terms regarding the shipment of bikes, parts, and the delivery of our digital services.
1. Processing Time

Parts & Accessories: Orders for in-stock parts and accessories are processed within 1-3 business days.

Bikes & E-Bikes: Due to the size and assembly requirements of bicycles and e-bikes, these orders may require 3-5 business days for handling before shipment.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Standard Shipping: Generally 3-7 business days depending on location.

Oversized Freight (Bikes): Full bicycles often ship via freight carriers. Delivery times vary (typically 5-10 business days) and may require a scheduled drop-off appointment.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a specific value. If applicable, this will be indicated at checkout.
3. In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our New York location. After placing your order and selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

4. Service Bookings & Digital Courses

Repair Services: No shipping is required for service bookings made online. You simply bring your bike to our location at the scheduled time.

Cycling Courses: Course materials, login credentials, or booking confirmations are delivered electronically to your email address immediately upon purchase. No physical product is shipped.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ABEATRICEX LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
6. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Damages
ABEATRICEX LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
